New Untitled Deck by Thestonedone

Format: Commander

Commander: Black Waltz No. 3

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Black Waltz No. 3 is the engine: every noncreature spell taxes each opponent for 2, turning burn, ramp, and draw spells into damage. The deck's primary plan is a red-black group-slug puzzle: pile up upkeep/draw/cast triggers from Underworld Dreams, Sulfuric Vortex, Manabarbs, Spellshock, and Citadel of Pain, then multiply them with Dictate of the Twin Gods and Fiery Emancipation. Wound Reflection closes by replaying a turn's life loss. A secondary plan uses Bolas's Citadel plus Cabal Coffers/Urborg to keep casting spells from the top. Kuja, Genome Sorcerer // Trance Kuja in the 99 is a payoff, not a second commander, but can double all Wizard damage when transformed.
