Deck overview

The deck is a Sultai self-mill graveyard deck built around Teval, Arbiter of Virtue's delve ability, which lets every spell be paid with cards from the graveyard at the cost of life. The primary plan is to fill the graveyard early, cast Teval, then deploy mass-reanimation spells to put a horde of dragons into play. Secondary paths include stealing opponents' spells with Brainstealer Dragon and Elder Brain, and finishing with a huge Exsanguinate or repeated Gray Merchant/Kokusho drain triggers. A hidden commander, Teval the Balanced Scale, creates Zombie Druid tokens whenever cards leave the graveyard, rewarding each delve cast. Reanimation, self-mill, and counterspells round out the strategy.
