Toph, the First Metalbender leads a Naya earthbending deck that turns lands into 0/0 land creatures with +1/+1 counters. The primary plan is to assemble a critical mass of land creatures, backed by draw engines such as Elemental Bond, Garruk's Uprising, and Guardian Project, and either beat down or use the extra combat from Bumi, Unleashed. A secondary combo line uses Ashaya, Soul of the Wild to make all nontoken creatures lands, then Toph's static ability plus cards like Bumi, Eclectic Earthbender or Earthbending Student to create a huge land creature army, often with The Earth Crystal doubling counters. Lessons, interaction, and recursion keep the engine resilient.
