Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is an Izzet spell-slinging burn deck built around Vivi Ornitier, who functions as a scaling ritual, a growing pinger, and a spell-count payoff all at once. The plan is to spend the early game on cantrips and tax-draw engines, deploy Vivi on turn 3, then build up a critical mass of noncreature spells, pinger permanents, and copy effects. In the mid-game the deck runs a storm-like turn where Vivi's power-based mana, Runaway Steam-Kin, and multiple cost reducers let it chain four or more instants and sorceries, while Guttersnipe, Electrostatic Field, the Vivi's Persistence token, and Artist's Talent turn those casts into lethal damage for the whole table. Copy engines like Thousand-Year Storm, Primal Amulet // Primal Wellspring, and Twinning Staff provide the explosive finishing layer.
