Loki Kabooms by Glaurung

Format: Commander

Commander: Loki, the Deceiver

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This deck is a Grixis Villain tribal build helmed by Loki, the Deceiver, a commander that generates token copies of your other Villains on attack and draws cards when Villains connect. The primary game plan is to amass a board of Villain creatures, leverage connive to grow them and filter cards, and overwhelm opponents through combat with numerous lords and token producers. The deck lacks a compact infinite combo, relying instead on incremental value from repeatable draw engines like Doctor Octopus, Master Planner and Black Market Connections, and finishing via a wide board with The Squadron Sinister or The Master, Multiplied granting myriad. The theme is deep but the execution is mid-paced, with no fast mana or tutors to accelerate the plan.
