Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Temur Dragon stompy and combo engine led by Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm. It focuses on accelerating mana rapidly in the opening turns using a low-curve ramp package, deploying Miirym on Turn 4, and untapping on Turn 5 to cast devastating high-CMC Dragons. Because Miirym creates non-legendary token copies of every nontoken Dragon entering the battlefield, cards like Terror of the Peaks, Scourge of Valkas, and Klauth, Unrivaled Ancient generate immediate quadratic value and lethal direct damage. The deck also packs a compact two-card infinite combo between Astral Dragon and Cursed Mirror to generate infinite hasty flyers. Supported by robust card draw engines that trigger off high-power creatures and efficient stack protection like Heroic Intervention and Veil of Summer, the deck consistently closes out games around Turn 6.
