Deck overview

Anje, Maid of Dishonor is a midrange Rakdos Vampire deck that converts Blood tokens into card draw, life drain, and sacrifice fuel. The primary plan is to deploy early Vampires, cast Anje on curve, and use her once-per-turn Blood trigger plus payoff creatures such as Voldaren Epicure and Falkenrath Celebrants to keep a steady supply of tokens. Those tokens either become personal card draw or get sacrificed to Anje for table-wide drain while triggering lifegain-to-drain cards like Sanguine Bond and Defiant Bloodlord. Secondary paths are Vampire beatdown with Rakish Heir and Curse of Bloodletting, plus recursion through Queen's Bay Paladin. There is no hidden commander; Sorin of House Markov is a support piece. The deck wins by attrition, not combo.
