Deck overview

Breena, the Demagogue is a political Orzhov aggro deck that profits from life-total imbalance. The primary plan is to deploy evasive flyers, use Breena's trigger along with Keen Duelist and Parasitic Impetus to make opponents' life totals diverge, and then turn +1/+1 counters into commander damage and large attackers. Secondary paths are token generation through Inkshield and Felisa, plus graveyard recursion through Debtors' Knell and Angel of Serenity. The hidden commander is Zetalpa, Primal Dawn, which becomes a one-shot double-striking finisher once Necropolis Regent or Breena pumps it. The deck is a slow midrange build: it has flexible permanent interaction and a real grind engine, but no stack interaction and no fast combo.
