Bello Bard of Yo Momma by user6818156

Format: Commander

Commander: Bello, Bard of the Brambles

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Bello, Bard of the Brambles is the deck's animator and card-draw engine: each non-Equipment artifact and non-Aura enchantment with mana value 4 or greater becomes a hasty, indestructible 4/4 that draws a card whenever it hits a player. The primary plan is to play Bello on turn 3, then deploy another 4+ mana permanent each turn and attack with the whole animated board. Damage doublers such as Unnatural Growth, Gratuitous Violence, and Berserkers' Onslaught turn those 4/4s into a single massive turn. If pressure fails, the same permanents become value pieces through Rishkar's Expertise, Greater Good, Sunbird's Invocation, and vehicles. There is no hidden commander; the deck is built specifically to exploit Bello's ability.
