Deck overview

This deck is an Izzet Spellslinger Tempo list commanded by Rielle, the Everwise. Built similarly to a Duel Commander or Legacy Delver shell, it leverages an ultra-low mana curve packed with one-mana cantrips, efficient looting spells, and a dense suite of free and low-cost interaction. The primary strategy involves loading the graveyard with cheap instants and sorceries to fuel Rielle, the Everwise, converting discard spells like Careful Study, Faithless Looting, and Tolarian Winds into massive card advantage while growing Rielle and delve threats like Murktide Regent and Tolarian Terror into massive beaters. While the deck possesses exceptional card flow and single-target stack control, its multiplayer win condition relies purely on sequential combat damage. Lacking infinite combos, extra-turn loops, or wide evasion, it requires several combat rotations to eliminate three opponents at 40 life, leaving it vulnerable to mass removal, go-wide boards, and graveyard hate over extended multiplayer games.
