Deck overview

This deck is a 5-color (sans-green) control and Polymorph strategy commanded by Jace, Multiverse Architect. The primary game plan focuses on utilizing low-cost enchantments, artifacts, and instants to create expendable creature and planeswalker tokens during the early turns. On Turn 4, Jace enters the battlefield and immediately activates his −3 loyalty ability, exiling a token to polymorph into an enormous threat from a curated suite of game-ending creatures and planeswalkers, including Archon of Cruelty, Serra's Emissary, and Emrakul, the Exigent Doom. Dense 2-mana artifact acceleration ensures consistent mana fixing and early deployment, while efficient white and black spot removal combined with board sweepers like Sunfall keeps opposing boards clear. Mass cheat spells such as Mass Polymorph and Synthetic Destiny serve as potent backup engines, converting token swarms into overwhelming multi-creature boards to close out the game through evasive combat.
