Deck overview

This deck is a mono-white midrange tribal build focused on Angels and lifegain synergies. The commander, Lyra, Archangel of Dawn, converts every instance of lifegain into +1/+1 counters across all friendly Angels. Early turns focus on developing lands, basic ramp, and cheap enablers like Soulmender or Segovian Angel. Once Lyra lands on Turn 3, the deck curves into evasive flying threats such as Inspiring Overseer, Dazzling Angel, Dawning Angel, and Archon of Redemption. Each lifegain trigger rapidly expands the power and toughness of the aerial army, turning moderate flyers into lethal attackers. The deck relies on fair combat damage to eliminate opponents across multiple combat steps, supported by single-target exile removal like Swords to Plowshares and instant-speed team protection from cards like Spectacular Spider-Man and Rootborn Defenses. While lacking infinite combos or burst card draw, the list establishes steady board dominance in casual pods through resilient flying pressure and growing life totals.
