Zimone V2 by Matthat

Format: Commander

Commander: Zimone, Infinite Analyst

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Zimone, Infinite Analyst leads a Simic ramp and counters deck focused on casting massive X spells. Early turns establish mana dorks and land ramp to cast Zimone on turn two or three. Each turn you cast an X spell, Zimone gains counters and permanently reduces future X spell costs. Counter enhancers like Hardened Scales, Branching Evolution, and Doubling Season rapidly accelerate this discount into absurd proportions. The primary win condition is overwhelming opponents with massive trampling threats such as Primordial Hydra, Goldvein Hydra, and Awaken the Woods, supported by extensive countermagic and protection spells.
