Vivi Ornitier is a scaling mana engine and a multiplayer damage clock: every noncreature spell makes her bigger and pings each opponent. The primary plan is to chain cheap instants and sorceries, using her mana, Birgi, and Storm-Kiln Artist to build a huge storm turn; the second line assembles Niv-Mizzet, Parun with Ophidian Eye, Curiosity, or Tandem Lookout for a deterministic draw-ping kill. Backup Aetherflux Reservoir and a transformed Ral provide alternate routes. Heavy free interaction protects the chain while also growing Vivi and the storm count.
