Commander: Hylda of the Icy Crown

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Hylda of the Icy Crown is the primary engine of a tempo-token deck that punishes tapped creatures. The deck ramps early, lands Hylda by turn three or four, then chains cheap tap spells, Hylda's Crown of Winter, and Quiet Contemplation into 4/4 Elementals, card draw, and +1/+1 counters. Timin and Rhoda form a backup 'partner' pair in the 99 rather than a hidden commander; Sharae and Junk Winder supplement the tap theme. Opposition can turn the token army into mana denial, and the deck eventually wins by overwhelming with pumped token waves. There is no infinite combo.
