Swell the Host (Commander 2015 Precon Decklist) by TCGBraxton

Format: Commander

Commander: Ezuri, Claw of Progress

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This Simic +1/+1 counters deck is helmed by Ezuri, Claw of Progress, leveraging his experience-counter engine to pump a creature each combat. The strategy revolves around playing cheap creatures with power 2 or less to trigger Ezuri, then using his ability to grow a single threat into a lethal beater. The deck includes a snake tribal subtheme with cards like Kaseto, Orochi Archmage and Ohran Viper, and finishes through combat with Overrun, Beastmaster Ascension, or the life-loss from Scytheclaw. It packs moderate interaction and recursion but lacks tutors and fast mana, making it a slower, value-oriented build that relies on incremental advantage.
