Deck overview

Namor the Sub-Mariner turns every cheap blue noncreature spell into Merfolk tokens. The deck is a go-wide Merfolk tempo strategy: develop one- to three-drop Merfolk, land Namor, then chain cantrips, flexible interaction, and X=0 removal spells into a swarm that grows Namor's power. Lords like Lord of Atlantis and Master of the Pearl Trident provide islandwalk and pumping, while Distant Melody and Kindred Discovery convert the wide board into more cards. Combat is the only finish: Namor often becomes enormous from Merfolk count, and the team swings through flying or unblockable outlets. The secondary legends, Emperor Mihail II and Namora, keep the engine running if the commander is unavailable.
