Commander: Satoru, the Infiltrator

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Satoru, the Infiltrator is a U/B combo-draw deck built around his enter trigger. It runs a dense package of 0-mana and X=0 creatures (Ornithopter, Memnite, Phyrexian Walker, Shield Sphere, Walking Ballista and friends) that become cantrips when they enter without being cast. The deck converts those bodies into mana with Ashnod's Altar, Carnival of Souls, and sacrifice outlets, then uses recursion (Reanimate, Animate Dead, Endless Whispers) to reuse them. The primary finish is a huge Torment of Hailfire or Exsanguinate fueled by Skirge Familiar + Peer into the Abyss; a secondary one-shot is Phage + Endless Whispers. Satoru is the engine, so protecting him is critical; there is no hidden commander.
