Commander: Neyali, Suns' Vanguard

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Neyali, Suns' Vanguard is a Boros token-aggro deck that turns every token attack into card advantage and double-strike damage. The primary plan is to flood the board with token producers, suit a token with equipment, and attack with Neyali's double strike to close games quickly. Secondary paths include monarch-based incremental advantage, go-wide combat with anthem effects, and a small equipment package that can create extra combat steps. The hidden commander is Otharri, Suns' Glory, which generates an escalating Rebel army and can recur itself. The deck is built to use Neyali's attack trigger as its main engine, with both faces of the commander being the same single-faced card.
