Deck overview

This deck is a Mono-Green Flash Stompy archetype commanded by Radagast of Rhosgobel. Radagast provides two potent advantages: a two-mana discount on the first creature cast each turn and the ability to cast it as though it had flash. By utilizing dense early-turn mana acceleration, the deck deploys Radagast on Turn 3 and immediately begins flashing in massive creatures and card-draw engines during opponents' turns. This flash capability effectively bypasses sorcery-speed board wipes, allowing large threats to untap immediately and attack without summoning sickness delays. Card draw engines like Beast Whisperer and Garruk's Uprising trigger multiple times per turn cycle, providing continuous card advantage. The deck closes games around Turn 5 or 6 through overwhelming trample damage powered by finishers like Craterhoof Behemoth, Unnatural Growth, Zopandrel, Hunger Dominus, and Last March of the Ents. Instant-speed protection spells defend the board while creature-based interaction clears problematic opposing permanents.
