Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos aristocrats and direct-damage strategy commanded by The Great Goblin. The primary plan leverages counter-placement mechanics, such as Amass Goblins and blight, to repeatedly trigger the commander's ability to deal 2 damage to target opponents. At the same time, whenever your Goblins, Orcs, or Armies die in combat or via sacrifice outlets, the commander exiles cards from your library that you can play until the end of your next turn, keeping your hand replenished. The deck escalates its pressure in the mid-game through go-wide Goblin engines like Krenko, Mob Boss and General Kreat, the Boltbringer, compounded by group-slug pieces like Impact Tremors and damage multipliers such as Gratuitous Violence and Fiendish Duo. Interaction is anchored by efficient removal like Deadly Rollick and Chaos Warp, while Price of Glory deters opponents from casting spells on your turn.
