Deck overview

This deck is a Jeskai Superfriends Control list centered on Commodore Guff. It leverages an extraordinary density of 34 planeswalkers alongside proliferate and counter-doubling engines such as Oath of Teferi, Ichormoon Gauntlet, Deepglow Skate, and Flux Channeler. Early turns focus on establishing mana and deploying defensive token generators to protect loyalty totals. Once Commodore Guff enters on Turn 4, the deck rapidly compounds loyalty counters, generating substantial card advantage and scaling direct damage through Guff's -3 ability and All Will Be One. The deck controls opposing battlefields through asymmetric planeswalker sweepers like Elspeth, Sun's Champion and The Eternal Wanderer, while protecting its board with premier phasing spells like Teferi's Protection and Ripples of Potential. Games conclude around Turn 8 via overwhelming direct burn, token combat under emblems, or an infinite activation loop with Teferi, Temporal Archmage and The Chain Veil.
