Commander: Gyruda, Doom of Depths

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Gyruda, Doom of Depths deck is an even-mana-value reanimator that grinds value rather than assembling a fast combo. You ramp to six mana, cast Gyruda to mill each player four and put an even creature from the mills into play, then repeat the trigger with flicker and doubler effects to overwhelm the table. Secondary paths use mass reanimation (Living Death, Breach the Multiverse) and theft (Gonti, Hostage Taker, Dragonlord Silumgar, Geth) for alternative boards, while drain engines (Kokusho, Syr Konrad, Dreadhound, Massacre Wurm) with sac outlets close games. Thassa, Deep-Dwelling is the hidden commander, giving a free Gyruda flicker each end step without recasting.
