WHAT THE ELF IS GOING ON! by Thr33Blades

Format: Commander

Commander: High Perfect Morcant

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

High Perfect Morcant is an Elf-tribal value engine that turns Elf ETBs into -1/-1 counters and then proliferates them. The primary plan is to flood the board with Elf tokens, use Morcant's tap ability to spread counters, and convert those counters into more Elves with Flourishing Defenses and Snake tokens with Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons. Secondary paths win through Lathril, Blade of the Elves' ten-Elf drain or a pumped combat step. There is no hidden commander. Morcant is the deck's face, but Hapatra functions as the necessary lieutenant; several lines depend on her. The deck closes with an infinite -1/-1 loop powered by Blowfly Infestation, then drains with Elderfang Venom or Poison-Tip Archer.
