Format: Commander

Commander: Uugguu, the Omniplasm

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This deck is a Sultai Ooze tribal strategy built around Uugguu, the Omniplasm, a commander that turns the death of any nontoken Ooze into a pair of 2/2 nonlegendary copies. The primary game plan is to generate overwhelming token advantage through sacrifice outlets, token doublers, and death-trigger amplification. The deck wins by converting a massive Ooze army into combat damage, with For the Common Good and Mechanized Production as alternate finishers. It leverages strong recursion, a robust draw engine suite, and a toolbox of instant-speed interaction to protect its board and disrupt opponents. The commander is a value engine, not a combo piece, so the deck remains functional even if Uugguu is repeatedly removed.
