Deck overview

Drivnod, Carnage Dominus commands a focused mono-black Aristocrats deck designed to grind down opponents through persistent sacrifice loops, heavy attrition, and lethal life drain. The deck deploys resilient low-mana fodder such as Ophiomancer, Jadar, Ghoulcaller of Nephalia, and Reassembling Skeleton, funneling them into free sacrifice outlets like Viscera Seer and Ashnod's Altar. Drain payoffs including Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, and Bastion of Remembrance chip away at opposing life totals while card draw engines like Skullclamp and Grim Haruspex maintain hand advantage. Drivnod acts as an explosive force multiplier, doubling every death trigger to turn modest engines into lethal board-clearing drain bursts. Opponents face severe creature suppression from Grave Pact and Dictate of Erebos, while Living Death and Kokusho, the Evening Star provide massive endgame swings. The deck relies on high functional redundancy and deep draw velocity, though it remains vulnerable to graveyard exile and exile sweepers.
