New Untitled Deck by Kaio

Format: Commander

Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is an Izzet spellslinger build built around Vivi Ornitier as both a scaling mana battery and a repeatable burn engine. Every noncreature spell puts a +1/+1 counter on Vivi and pings each opponent, and her {0} ability converts her power into red/blue mana mid-chain to fuel more spells in the same turn. The 99 leans into cheap cantrips, rituals, cost reducers, and recursive engines like Past in Flames, Underworld Breach, and Will of the Jeskai, while Veyran, Voice of Duality and Ghyrson Starn, Kelermorph multiply every ping into table-wide reach. Primary wins are repeated noncreature-spell burn, a pumped Chandra's Ignition, a storm-count finish through Thousand-Year Storm or Ral, Crackling Wit's emblem, or graveyard-size Gandalf's Sanction. Average mana value is a lean 2.52, so the deck wants to chain spells rather than resolve one large payoff.
