Deck overview

Namor is both the accelerator and the endgame: every blue noncreature spell creates Merfolk, growing his power and the board together. The deck funnels blue cantrips and draw effects into his trigger, then uses lords and unblockable effects to convert a wide board into commander damage or a swarm kill. A secondary extra-turn plan uses Wanderwine Prophets to chain combat steps once a Merfolk can be spared. The 'Invasion of Segovia' and 'Harmonized Trio // Brainstorm' back halves are support, not alternate commanders. Without Namor the deck still functions as a modest Merfolk tempo build, but it loses its fastest clock and best token source.
