Lightning blast! by LysTheFox

Format: Commander

Commander: Lightning, Army of One

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Lightning, Army of One is a Boros combat/voltron deck built to turn one equipped hit into a chain of extra combats. The primary plan is to give Lightning haste, attach one or two damage-boosting equipments, then use Stagger to double every subsequent hit on the same player while Aurelia, Aggravated Assault, Relentless Assault, and similar effects add combat phases. Kediss, Emberclaw Familiar is the hidden commander: it converts each strike into damage to all opponents. Secondary plans go wide with Adeline, Anim Pakal, and Professional Face-Breaker tokens, and Sunforger acts as a toolbox that finds Akroma's Will or Boros Charm to close. The deck is resilient enough to end by turns 8-9 when its protection spells are held.
