Deck overview

This deck is an Abzan toughness-matters combat deck helmed by Felothar the Steadfast. The strategy converts cheap, high-toughness defenders into formidable attackers by assigning combat damage equal to toughness while ignoring defender restrictions. The deck accelerates in the opening turns with ramp creatures like Overgrown Battlement and Sylvan Caryatid, curves into Felothar the Steadfast on turn 4, and attacks for massive damage starting on turn 5. Felothar also provides a powerful card draw engine by sacrificing zero-power walls to draw cards without discarding.
