Katara Allies by myanakas

Format: Commander

Commander: Katara, the Fearless

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is an Ally tribal deck helmed by Katara, the Fearless, whose doubling of Ally triggers turns every rally into a massive burst of tokens, +1/+1 counters, life, or mill. The primary plan is to build a wide Ally board, then use Aang and Katara to create an army from tapped permanents. That burst either mills opponents out via Halimar Excavator or wins through a doubled strike combat turn with Akroma's Will. Secondary lines revolve around airbending (exile synergy) and waterbending (tapping creatures to pay costs). Katara is the engine; without her, the deck is a fair Ally deck that still functions but loses its explosive character.
