This mono-white aggressive engine deck is commanded by Delney, Streetwise Lookout. It focuses on extracting overwhelming value from creatures with power 2 or less. Delney doubles triggered abilities across the board, turning modest creatures like Welcoming Vampire, Skyclave Apparition, and Recruiter of the Guard into card-drawing and board-controlling engines. The deck deploys early token producers, protects its board with silence and tax effects, and clears opposing threats with asymmetric sweepers such as Slaughter the Strong and The Battle of Bywater that leave small creatures unharmed.
