Deck overview

This deck is a high-speed Mono-Red Storm build commanded by Gandalf, Goblins' Bane // Flameshape. It leverages an extensive fast mana suite including Chrome Mox, Lotus Petal, and Sol Ring to deploy Gandalf alongside mana generators like Birgi, God of Storytelling // Harnfel, Horn of Bounty and Storm-Kiln Artist by Turn 2 or 3. Once assembled, it chains low-cost cantrips and rituals to trigger Gandalf's ability, burning the entire table for 1 damage per noncreature spell. Engines like Virtue of Courage // Embereth Blaze and Underworld Breach convert this damage into massive card flow, enabling same-turn table eliminations on Turn 3. Defensive interaction such as Deflecting Swat and Hexing Squelcher protects the winning turn against opposing disruption. While vulnerable to Rule of Law effects and instant creature removal, the deck's speed and velocity present a blisteringly fast proactive clock.
