Deck overview

This five-color Superfriends control deck is led by Tam, the Possibility, who reduces the cost of all planeswalker spells and provides a repeatable mass-proliferation engine. The deck focuses on developing early mana rocks, casting high-impact planeswalkers on curve, and protecting them using defensive creatures and board wipes like Urza's Ruinous Blast. Synergies such as Carth the Lion, Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus, and Innkeeper's Talent rapidly multiply loyalty counters. Once established, the deck closes out the game by resolving decisive planeswalker ultimates, generating direct damage emblems from Chandra and Nicol Bolas, or transforming its planeswalkers into an army of 4/4 flying Dragons with Sarkhan the Masterless. While the deck boasts immense card advantage and resilience against creature-based strategies, its high mana curve and light stack interaction make it vulnerable to aggressive go-wide starts and fast spell-based combo decks.
