Deck overview

This is an Orzhov value deck built around Mister Negative's life-total exchange and conditional card draw. Its main supporting plan is to cast Mister Negative, use the ETB to change life totals, then blink it with cards such as Cloudshift, Ephemerate, Charming Prince, or Teleportation Circle. The deck has strong thematic support for this plan, including Psychosis Crawler, Sanguine Bond, Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose, Astarion, the Decadent, and Tree of Perdition. Its mana package is respectable, with Sol Ring, Dark Ritual, medallions, Signets, and Talismans. However, the deck has little tutoring and no verified infinite combo. The commander-blink engine creates conditional bursts of cards and life manipulation, but it does not reliably assemble a lethal payoff. Removal and protection are useful, while tapped-entry effects provide mild disruption. The deck is best suited to slower casual or mid-power tables where incremental value can develop.
