Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive Mardu combat-cheat deck led by Kaalia of the Vast. The primary game plan accelerates mana on early turns to cast Kaalia on Turn 3, then attacks on Turn 4 to put massive Angel, Demon, and Dragon creatures directly onto the battlefield tapped and attacking. This cheat ability bypasses expensive mana costs and timing restrictions, putting game-ending threats like Master of Cruelties, Gisela, Blade of Goldnight, and Archfiend of Despair into play without casting them. The deck reinforces this aggressive core with redundant protection spells like Lightning Greaves, Mother of Runes, and Flawless Maneuver to keep Kaalia alive. Efficient spot removal like Swords to Plowshares and Deadly Rollick clears blockers and disrupts opponents. If Kaalia is removed, the deck transitions into hardcasting 6-drop threats or reanimating discarded bombs with Reanimate and Karmic Guide. The deck aims to eliminate one player on Turn 4 and close out the table by Turn 6.
