Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive mono-blue midrange strategy helmed by April O'Neil, Live on the Scene and Donatello, the Brains. The deck combines tribal synergies across Mutants, Ninjas, and Turtles with artifact token generation and +1/+1 counter distribution. April investigates whenever a relevant creature enters the battlefield, while Donatello adds a bonus Mutagen token to every token creation event. This engine rapidly amasses Clues for card flow and Mutagens to grow the team. In the midgame, the deck converts token equity into evasive combat damage using cards like Baxter, Fly in the Ointment, Skatewing Spy, and The Mechanist, Aerial Artisan. Card draw engines such as Bident of Thassa and Ray Fillet, Wave Warrior sustain hand advantage to keep the pressure on. Supported by a dependable suite of mono-blue countermagic and attack taxes like Propaganda, the deck steadily overpowers opponents through evasive aerial combat and resilient resource generation.
