Format: Commander

Commander: Thantis, the Warweaver

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Thantis, the Warweaver leads a forced-combat plan: every creature must attack, and the deck steers that momentum away from you with goad, taxes, and token gifts. The commander grows when opponents swing at you, turning it into a large reach blocker and occasional finisher behind Overwhelming Stampede or Chandra's Ignition. Secondary paths involve monarch draw, Xantcha lifeloss, and a large goaded token swarm. The deck usually wins by creating a critical board of attackers and tokens, then finishing with Insurrection or Overwhelming Stampede. It has no hidden commander or combo-just disciplined political combat and a big alpha strike.
