Format: Commander

Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Vivi Ornitier is an Izzet Wizard-spellslinger engine: she turns each noncreature spell into colored mana and repeatable chip damage, while Harmonic Prodigy and Mysidian Elder multiply both. The primary plan is to assemble Vivi plus those Wizards, then chain cheap instants and sorceries to grow Vivi's power and ping all opponents to death. Secondary paths win through Talrand's Drakes, Rootha Elementals, or Niv-Mizzet, Parun draw-ping; there is no true hidden commander, but Alania, Divergent Storm is a powerful value engine and can enable copy loops. The deck is flexible, pivoting between incremental direct damage, token swarm, and spell-trigger loops.
