Urza, Lord High Artificer leads a blue artifact-combo deck that aims to assemble an infinite-mana engine as early as turn four and finish with Aetherflux Reservoir or combat from an enormous Construct token. The primary plan is a compact Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal loop, powered by Urza's artifact-tap ability and cheap mana rocks. Secondary paths use Basalt Monolith + Forensic Gadgeteer to generate infinite mana, plus a stax package of Back to Basics, Static Orb, Narset, and Counterbalance to freeze opponents while the combo is completed.
