Deck overview

Dihada, Binder of Wills leads a Mardu legendary-reanimator deck. The primary plan is to resolve Dihada, use her -3 ability to dig four cards deep, keep the best legendary cards, bin reanimation targets, and turn the rest into Treasure. Cheap reanimation spells and attack-trigger engines (Alesha, Chainer, Kroxa) then assemble a keyworded legend board. Secondary lines use mass reanimation from Sheoldred // The True Scriptures or Primevals' Glorious Rebirth, and Djeru and Hazoret can free-cast a legend on attack. Dihada's +2 gives indestructible, lifelink, and vigilance to attackers, while her ultimate is an emergency board-steal. There is no true hidden commander; Ratadrabik and Alesha are the most important support engines.
