Deck overview

This deck is a Mono-White Blink Midrange strategy commanded by Phelia, Exuberant Shepherd. The deck focuses on generating compounding card advantage and board presence by repeatedly exiling and returning enters-the-battlefield permanents. In the early game, Phelia curves into cheap utility creatures like Spirited Companion, Wall of Omens, and Blade Splicer, blinking them each turn to draw cards and accumulate tokens. As the game transitions into the middle turns, the deck deploys heavy attrition and mass token generators such as Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward, Cataclysmic Gearhulk, and Darksteel Splicer, systematically controlling opposing boards while constructing a massive army. The deck closes out games through overwhelming combat damage, leveraging finishers like Moonshaker Cavalry and Akroma's Will to eliminate all opponents across one or two combat steps. Dense instant-speed protection, including Flare of Fortitude and Ghostway, shields key pieces from board wipes, while robust recursion via Sun Titan and Karmic Guide ensures reliable long-term resilience.
