Deck overview

This deck is a high-synergy Boros combo-spellslinger list that pairs compact infinite win conditions with a high-impact miracle engine. Led by Lorehold, the Historian, the deck leverages its commander's passive ability to turn every instant and sorcery in hand into a miracle spell for just two mana, while using upkeep triggers to sculpt hands and set up big turns. The primary win condition is the classic Dualcaster Mage plus Twinflame combo, which generates an arbitrary number of hasty 2/2 attackers to eliminate the table on Turn 4. To protect its critical windows, the deck runs a premier suite of proactive silence effects including Grand Abolisher, Silence, and Ranger-Captain of Eos. Backup lines include Grinning Ignus storm with Birgi, God of Storytelling into Grapeshot, or casting huge high-CMC spells like Apex of Power and Soulfire Eruption at discounted miracle rates.
