Deck overview

This deck is a Temur Cascade and Landfall midrange battlecruiser helmed by Averna, the Chaos Bloom. The primary strategy focuses on deploying Averna early and utilizing cascade spells like Bloodbraid Elf, Shardless Agent, and Imoti, Celebrant of Bounty to simultaneously cast free spells from the library while placing exiled lands directly onto the battlefield. This engine rapidly accelerates mana production and board development into format-dominating high-CMC threats such as Maelstrom Wanderer, Apex Devastator, Avenger of Zendikar, and Phylath, World Sculptor. Team-wide haste and trample enablers like Temur Ascendancy, Concordant Crossroads, and Garruk's Uprising convert sudden massive board explosions into lethal combat steps over two response cycles. While the deck possesses explosive mana velocity, resilient cast-trigger card advantage, and high functional redundancy, it runs minimal instant-speed countermagic and board protection, leaving its combat-centric win condition vulnerable to well-timed sweepers.
