Deck overview

This is a Gruul Werewolf tribal beatdown deck helmed by Tovolar, Dire Overlord, built around the daybound/nightbound transform mechanic. Tovolar is the engine: every Wolf or Werewolf that connects draws a card, and his upkeep trigger flips your Humans into their stronger nightbound forms. The deck floods the board with a deep werewolf tribe (dozens of double-faced creatures), pumps them with a lord suite (Immerwolf, Kessig Naturalist, Instigator Gang, Howlpack Resurgence), and closes games through either a massive alpha strike (Overwhelming Stampede, Beastmaster Ascension, Unnatural Growth, Triumph of the Hordes) or an extra-combat loop via Aggravated Assault combined with Nature's Will or Bear Umbra. The Celestus and Moonmist control the day/night cycle to keep your wolves flipped. The plan is straightforward combat pressure with a compact infinite-combat combo as the finish.
