Deck overview

This is a mono-black Demon tribal midrange deck helmed by Ob Nixilis, Unshackled, whose search-punishment ability (sacrifice a creature and lose 10 life whenever an opponent searches) acts as a soft stax piece in a tutor-heavy format while he grows into a 4/4+ flying trample threat. The deck's plan is to deploy a swarm of large, evasive Demons, reanimate them from the graveyard, and grind opponents down through death-trigger drain. Primary wins are combat damage from flying Demons plus incremental life loss from Syr Konrad, the Grim, Falkenrath Noble, Sower of Discord, and a finisher Exsanguinate. It is a value pile that leverages heavy tutor access, mass reanimation, and a dense removal suite rather than any fast combo line.
