Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity mono-blue artifact storm and combo strategy led by Geist of Saint Thalia. The commander provides static cost reduction for all noncreature spells from the command zone, acting as a reliable accelerator for artifact deployment and interaction. The primary game plan seeks to assemble a cost reducer alongside Sensei's Divining Top and a top-deck casting permanent like Mystic Forge or The Reality Chip. Once assembled, the deck draws its entire library at instant speed for zero net mana, accumulating arbitrary storm count to finish the game on Turn 4 using Aetherflux Reservoir laser damage, Brain Freeze storm mill, or Glaring Fleshraker triggers. Supported by high-density free interaction, flexible tutors like Fabricate and Urza's Saga, and resilience tools like Academy Ruins and Lier, Disciple of the Drowned, the deck transitions seamlessly between holding interactive countermagic and executing protected same-turn combo victories.
