Deck overview

This deck is a specialized control and cheat-into-play strategy built around Nissa, Leyline Tamer. The deck uses an ultra-dense ramp package of two-mana artifacts and talismans to cast Nissa ahead of curve on turn 4 or 5. Because the creature suite in the ninety-nine consists entirely of high-cost legendary and game-ending bombs, every single land drop with Nissa on the battlefield guarantees drawing a card and putting a massive threat directly into play for free.
