Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive Boros artifact midrange build centered on Alibou, Ancient Witness. The primary game plan develops early artifact mana and token generators before casting Alibou on Turn 4. Once Alibou enters, every attack step turns your tapped artifacts into targeted direct damage and deep library filtering through scrying. This allows you to remove opposing threats or burn down opponents while consistently sculpting your future draws. The deck transitions into the midgame by expanding its artifact count using token engines like Thousand Moons Smithy, Illustrious Wanderglyph, and Anim Pakal, Thousandth Moon. It closes the game through overwhelming combat swings backed by overrun effects such as Craterclaw Colossus or mass recursion spells like Wake the Past and Brilliant Restoration. Protection pieces like Flawless Maneuver and Bronze Guardian guard your board against sweepers, ensuring your mechanical army remains intact to finish off the table.
