High Perfect Morcant helms a Golgari elf-ball that pairs a classic go-wide Elf plan with a -1/-1-counter and poison subtheme. Every Elf entering forces each opponent to shrink a creature, and Morcant's proliferate ability turns that pressure into accumulating -1/-1 counters and poison counters. The deck floods the board with mana dorks and token engines, uses lord effects to make the swarm lethal, and can close games with Triumph of the Hordes infect, Ezuri, Renegade Leader overruns, or Lathril, Blade of the Elves draining the table. A deterministic infinite-mana package using Staff of Domination plus Priest of Titania/Elvish Archdruid gives it a non-combat route to victory.
